Case We are going to do notes and case discussion in segments over the course of Monday and Tuesday of this week. We will also create a digital slide as with the previous two cases in case someone is not present. REMEBER we will be joting notes too so there won't be graphic organizers for money or Tuesday.
Emancipation Inquiry Our second Inquiry for the county is this week. We will be exploring various opinions of historians. Remember that there are multiple skills being formed through the implementation of the inquiry, but creating a stance and supporting it through researching the available information is the main skill to make sure you can justify future opinions. If any of the articles are of interest and you would like more than the excerpt, please let me know. I have the full articles in addition to the excerpts we'll be using.
Unit Two We will be assessing Unit Two on Thursday of this week. Your notes from Abolition through Reconstruction is what will be on the test. Just a reminder this will be like the last Unit's assessment. We will do the test before lunch and the vocabulary quiz after lunch.
