Unit Five Assessments We have our Unit Test for the Cold War Era on Thursday of this week. We will do the test before lunch and then the vocabulary quiz after lunch. We will then reverse time and go again at the same Presidencies that we covered in Unit Five, but from a domestic perspective. We will look at a plethora of Social Movements.
Containment Containment is a residual concept throughout the Cold War Era. Additional policies like Domino Theory, Brinkmanship, Flexbile Response, all are on the basis of implementing containment even more so than one's predecessor. We will look at policies/actions throughout the Cold War Era as part of our inquiry and evaluate whether or not it was sucessful in its goals once applied through various policies.
