Cherokee Removal Our next Case Method is upon us. Worcester v. Georgia is our Supreme Court Case involving the Cherokee in Georia and the Carolinas and whether the federal government could demand their physical removal to reservations. This case will look at the perspectives of multiple entities when looking at the pro's and con's and how the Cherokee attempted to prove themselves in court (which they won, but then Jackson will disregard)
Binder Check A binder check is coming this week. Please make sure your notes are in order, handwritten, and ready to go.
